Center of Europe Foundation in February 14-19, 2006 invites all youth NGO representatives from the Visegrad region to Warsaw for a special training course called: Professionalize your NGO!.

Youth NGO, especially from Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, are very specific and characteristic: are dynamic, often face rotation of members and generation gap, improvise a lot, their members work as volunteers, in many cases lack office and stable financing. These bring a lot of consequences for everyday functioning of a youth NGO.

The aim of the training course is to show how we can deal with the above issues in order to improve the quality of our NGO. 12-25 representatives of youth NGO during 5-day will take part in several training courses focusing on: NGO management, human resources, information flow, finances, fundraising, project management. The courses will be led by professional trainers, experienced in youth NGO?s and international youth projects. Additionally, the meeting will be a good occasion for contact making, exchange of good practises and to get to know people from the Visegrad countries.

Another important event would be celebration of the 15 anniversary of the Visegrad co-operation that will be held on February 15 evening.
